Mr. Jaime Montoro is our managing partner at bsa-lawinspain Attorneys at Law.

Mr. Montoro specializes in real estate law and non-resident taxation.

Among the main activities Mr. Montoro manages, his practice focuses on real estate investments, purchase and sale transactions, land and project developments, construction and urban development law issues.

Mr. Montoro is currently involved in the promotion of two residential property developments funded by Irish investors: One of the developments is located in Santa Fé (Granada) and the second one in Sotogrande (Cádiz).

Additionally, Mr. Montoro advises clients of an investment fund for the construction of a winery and vineyard in Almansa (Albacete), one of Spain's up-and-growing winery regions, as well as provides legal service and advise representing national and international banks with offices in the Spanish South Coast.

Mr Montoro graduated in Law from the University of Granada, obtained a Master 's Degree in Legal Practice and became a member of the Málaga Bar Association on 2000.
